In addition, the privacy policy and commitment between the customer and Smarlog will be specified in the Terms and Conditions (T&C) between the two parties. Customer data is copied on a regular basis. All data is stored in three different servers and copied daily. Daily replication allows control and data security. In addition to backup by Smartlog, we encourage customers to export data. This is also a backup and record action.

STM-SSM solution: Depending on the service package selected by the user, there is no time limit, the user will use up the number of trips that have activated the previous package, then renew the package to continue using.B4
SWM-SSM solution: Service package specified according to specific time (1 month/3 months/6 months/1 year).

How do I register for actual use after the trial period expires?

Users can track the remaining duration of the trial package at the notification on the system. If users want to continue using the system, they can directly click on the button “Activate the package to use now” to be directed to the registration page to buy the actual use package. Customers can choose service packages suitable to their needs and pay easily and quickly through VNPay e-wallet.

After the trial period expires, will I be affected if I don’t register to use it right away?

The system will notify on the system and send a warning email 7 days before the expiration, if the customer does not promptly register for actual use or temporarily stop using it, the system will temporarily lock until the customer renew new package. Customer details can be viewed at T&C or contact Smartlog’s 24/7 support department.

What is the payment difference when I want to change from standard package to Advance package?

In case users upgrade the product package from Basic to Advanced, don’t worry! The number of trips or remaining usage time (unused) will be converted into the corresponding amount and deducted from the account when upgrading to a new package. At the same time, the user only has to pay the additional cost of the difference.
In case, the user changes to a new product package but the cost is lower than the old package, no refund will be given
